Xlash's story started with the humble dream of bringing longer lashes to the world. A community-driven beauty brand from Stockholm, they created Europe's bestselling eyelash serum. As a brand and company, it invests in diversity, inclusivity, and the development of environmentally friendly products.
With their success in eyelash serums, Xlash sought to expand into the eyebrow category, introducing color cosmetics and mascaras to complement their collection. We collaborated on creating this line of products to align the design with Xlash's identity while establishing the brow collection as a standalone entity.
Concept exploration
We explored various ways to differentiate the products within the brow collection — not only the different products but also colored products versus pigment-free products.

In the end, we decided to place colored products in colored packaging, while pigment-free products are in a silver mylar and grey palette for ease of navigation.

There are two groups of colored products, and the secondary packaging colors for these groups are reversed. The packaging also features a small section at the top of the box in the product's color, along with the name of the color to identify the correct shade.
